Ingredients

for stuffing:

  • 1 capsicum chopped
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 2 chilli finely chopped
  • 1 inch ginger finely chopped
  • ½ tsp cumin powder
  • ¼ tsp pepper powder
  • ½ tsp chaat masala
  • ½ tsp chilli flakes
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp coriander finely chopped

Instructions

  • firstly, in a bowl take 1 capsicum, 1 onion, 2 chilli and 1 inch ginger.
  • add ½ tsp cumin powder, ¼ tsp pepper powder, ½ tsp chaat masala, ½ tsp chilli flakes and ¼ tsp salt.
  • also, add 3 tbsp coriander and mix well. the stuffing is ready.
  • to prepare the sandwich, take 2 bread slices and spread butter on them.
  • also spread green chutney uniformly on both bread slices.
  • now place 2 tbsp of prepared stuffing on each slice.
  • top with a generous amount of cheese.
  • layer one above the other stacking uniformly.
  • cover with a bread slice. make sure to spread butter and green chutney on it.
  • now place the sandwich in the gas sandwich maker and close.
  • trim off the sides which have come out. also, make sure to butter the top and bottom of the bread before placing it into the sandwich maker.
  • grill both sides until the sandwich turns golden brown.
  • finally, ghughra street-style sandwich is ready to enjoy.
