Ingredients

for eggless custard:

  • 2 cup milk chilled
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp custard powder sugarless

for whipping cream:

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup icing sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

other ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp almonds chopped
  • 2 tbsp pistachios chopped
  • 2 tbsp cashew chopped
  • 2 tbsp dates chopped
  • 3 strawberry chopped
  • 10 grapes chopped
  • 1 orange chopped
  • 1 apple chopped
  • sabja seeds for assembling
  • rooh afza for assembling
  • tutti frutti for garnishing

Instructions

  • firstly, in a bowl take 2 cup milk, ¼ cup sugar, and 2 tbsp custard powder.
  • whisk and mix well making sure there are no lumps.
  • transfer the mixture to the pan and start cooking on low flame.
  • keep stirring to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the pan.
  • after 5 minutes, the mixture starts to thicken.
  • keep cooking until the mixture turns creamy consistency.
  • transfer the custard mixture to the bowl. cover, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • in another bowl, take 1 cup heavy cream, ½ cup icing sugar, and ½ tsp vanilla extract.
  • beat on low speed until the cream turns thick.
  • once the custard is chilled, add whipped cream.
  • beat until the cream and custard are well combined.
  • further, add 2 tbsp almonds, 2 tbsp pistachios, 2 tbsp cashew, and 2 tbsp dates.
  • also add 3 strawberries, 10 grapes, 1 orange, and 1 apple.
  • mix well making sure everything is well combined. you can chill till serving.
  • to serve, in a glass, take 2 tbsp sabja seeds, and 2 tbsp rooh afza.
  • add prepared cream fruit mixture.
  • top with strawberries and tutti frutti.
