firstly, in a bowl take 2 cup milk, ¼ cup sugar, and 2 tbsp custard powder.
whisk and mix well making sure there are no lumps.
transfer the mixture to the pan and start cooking on low flame.
keep stirring to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the pan.
after 5 minutes, the mixture starts to thicken.
keep cooking until the mixture turns creamy consistency.
transfer the custard mixture to the bowl. cover, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
in another bowl, take 1 cup heavy cream, ½ cup icing sugar, and ½ tsp vanilla extract.
beat on low speed until the cream turns thick.
once the custard is chilled, add whipped cream.
beat until the cream and custard are well combined.
further, add 2 tbsp almonds, 2 tbsp pistachios, 2 tbsp cashew, and 2 tbsp dates.
also add 3 strawberries, 10 grapes, 1 orange, and 1 apple.
mix well making sure everything is well combined. you can chill till serving.
to serve, in a glass, take 2 tbsp sabja seeds, and 2 tbsp rooh afza.
add prepared cream fruit mixture.
top with strawberries and tutti frutti.
