Firstly, in a bowl take 1 cup besan, ¼ tsp turmeric, ¼ tsp chilli powder, ¼ tsp cumin powder,¼ tsp chaat masala, ¼ tsp pepper powder, ½ tsp salt and mix well.
Now add ¾ cup water and prepare a smooth batter.
Further add ½ onion, ½ tomato, ½ carrot, 2 tbsp coriander, 1 chilli and mix well.
Dip the bread slice in the batter coating the batter well.
Place the bread on hot tawa with some butter.
You can top it with some vegetables from the batter.
Cook for a minute and flip over.
Toast both sides adding butter as required until they turn golden and crisp.
Finally, enjoy Besan Bread Toast with green chutney and tomato sauce.
