firstly, add 1 cup washed poha and 2 boiled and mashed potatoes.
also add ¼ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp garam masala powder, ¼ tsp aamchur, ½ tsp chaat masala, ½ tsp ginger garlic paste and ¼ tsp crushed pepper.
additionally add 1 tbsp corn flour, ½ tsp salt and 2 tbsp coriander leaves.
combine well making sure a dough is formed.
prepare a small ball sized patties greasing hand with oil.
now dip in maida-corn flour batter and coat with bread crumbs all sides.
now shallow fry or deep fry or pan fry in hot oil.
fry on medium flame, flipping occasionally till it turns golden brown.
finally, serve poha cutlet with mint dip or tomato sauce.
