Ingredients

  • 2 moong dal kachori or matar kachori
  • ¼ cup thick curd fresh
  • 2 tbsp tamarind chutney / emli chutney
  • 2 tbsp green chutney
  • pinch of cumin powder
  • ¼ tsp kashmiri red chilli powder optional
  • ¼ tsp chaat masala
  • salt to taste
  • ¼ onion finely chopped
  • ¼ to mato finely chopped
  • handful of sev
  • few coriander leaves finely chopped

Instructions

  • firstly, place 2 large kachories. use either moong dal kachori or matar kachori.
  • further, gently make a hole in the centre without breaking entire kachori.
  • pour curd in centre of kachori.
  • also add in tamarind chutney, green chutney, cumin powder, chilli powder, chaat masala and salt.
  • further top with finely chopped onions and tomato.
  • also sprinkle generous amount of sev over it.
  • finally, garnish with corinader leaves and serve kachori chaat along with hot masala tea.
