firstly, place 2 large kachories. use either moong dal kachori or matar kachori.
further, gently make a hole in the centre without breaking entire kachori.
pour curd in centre of kachori.
also add in tamarind chutney, green chutney, cumin powder, chilli powder, chaat masala and salt.
further top with finely chopped onions and tomato.
also sprinkle generous amount of sev over it.
finally, garnish with corinader leaves and serve kachori chaat along with hot masala tea.
