firstly, in a large mixing bowl take cooked rice and mash well.
furthermore add curd, cream, salt and milk.
mix well and also mash rice if there are any lumps
also add more curd or milk to adjust the consistency.
further prepare the tempering by adding ghee in a small kadai.
also add mustard seeds, urad dal, hing. allow to splutter.
additionally add dried red chillis and curry leaves.
then add cashews, and fry till they turn golden brown.
further, pour the tempering over the curd rice.
additionally, add pomegranate seeds and coriander leaves.
finally, mix well and serve with pickle or papad.
