Firstly, in a pan heat 2 tsp oil. Add carrot, capsicum, onion, broccoli, sweet corn and paneer.
Sprinkle chilli flakes, salt and mixed herbs.
Stir-fry till the vegetables turn crunchy. Keep the vegetables and paneer aside.
To prepare the sauce, heat 1 tsp butter and saute 1 tsp maida till it turns aromatic.
Add in 1 cup of milk and mix well, making sure the sauce thickens slightly.
Further add 2 tsp schzewan sauce and cook till the sauce turns creamy.
Add in stir-fried vegetables and mix well.
