Firstly, in a vessel, get the water to a boil. Add 4 cups of sweet corn; you can use either fresh or frozen sweet corn, the boiling time will change accordingly.
Add ½ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp salt and boil for 5 minutes or until the sweet corn softens.
Drain off and keep aside.
To prepare the butter corn chaat, take 2 cup boiled sweet corn.
Add 2 tsp butter, pinch salt and 2 tbsp coriander. Mix well.
Finally, enjoy Butter Corn Chaat when it's warm.
To prepare the masala corn chaat, take 2 cup boiled sweet corn.
Add ½ tsp butter, pinch salt, ¼ tsp cumin powder, ¼ tsp chilli powder, ¼ tsp chaat masala, ¼ tsp kala namak. Mix well, making sure the butter melts.
Also add 2 tbsp carrot, 2 tbsp cucumber, 2 tbsp capsicum, 2 tbsp onion, 2 tbsp tomato, 1 inch ginger, 1 chilli, finely chopped and 2 tbsp coriander. Mix well.
Finally, enjoy Masala Corn Chaat when it's warm.
