Easy Thecha Recipe | Chilli Thecha Chutney - Kolhapuri Style

- 15 red chilli
- 10 cloves garlic
- ¼ cup peanut
- 2 tsp oil
- 1 tsp cumin
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp coriander chopped
Firstly, in a kadai take 15 red chilli, 10 cloves garlic, and ¼ cup peanut.
Roast on low flame till the chillis are half cooked.
Add 2 tsp oil, 1 tsp cumin and roast well.
Cover and cook on low flame till the chilli softens fully.
Cool completely, and transfer to the mortar pestle.
Crush slowly till the chatni is formed.
Also add ½ tsp salt, 2 tbsp coriander and crush slightly.
Once everything is well combined transfer to a bowl.
