Ingredients

  • cup sesame / til
  • ½ cup peanut
  • 1 cup jaggery powdered
  • ½ tsp cardamom powder
  • 2 tbsp ghee

Instructions

  • Firstly, in a pan, dry roast 1½ cups of sesame on a low flame.
  • Dry roast till it turns aromatic and golden brown.
  • Transfer to the large plate to cool completely,
  • Also, dry roast ½ cup of peanuts till they turn crunchy.
  • Peel the skin and transfer to the large plate to cool completely.
  • Once cooled, transfer to the mixer jar.
  • Also, add 1 cup of jaggery and grind to a coarse powder. Make sure the mixture is moist.
  • Transfer the mixture to the large plate, add ½ tsp cardamom powder and 2 tbsp ghee. Ghee helps the ladoo bind.
  • Mix well and shape the ladoo.
