Ingredients

  • 2 tomato cubed
  • 1 cup rice flour
  • ½ cup rava / suji
  • ½ tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • water for batter
  • 2 tbsp coriander finely chopped
  • few curry leaves chopped
  • 1 inch ginger grated
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • oil for roasting

Instructions

  • Firstly, in a mixer jar take 2 tomato, 1 cup rice flour, ½ cup rava, ½ tsp chilli powder and 1 tsp salt.
  • Grind to smooth batter adding 2 cup water.
  • Transfer the batter to a large bowl.
  • add 2 tbsp coriander, few curry leaves, 1 inch ginger, grated, 1 tsp cumin and water.
  • Mix well preparing a watery consistency batter.
  • When the pan is super hot, pour the batter on the pan.
  • Spread 1 tsp oil and allow to roast for 2 minutes or until the dosa turns crisp.
