Firstly, in a mixer jar take 2 tomato, 1 cup rice flour, ½ cup rava, ½ tsp chilli powder and 1 tsp salt.
Grind to smooth batter adding 2 cup water.
Transfer the batter to a large bowl.
add 2 tbsp coriander, few curry leaves, 1 inch ginger, grated, 1 tsp cumin and water.
Mix well preparing a watery consistency batter.
When the pan is super hot, pour the batter on the pan.
Spread 1 tsp oil and allow to roast for 2 minutes or until the dosa turns crisp.
