firstly, in a large bowl take 1½ cup bansi rava.
add ¾ tsp salt, 1 cup curd, and mix well.
soak for 15 minutes or until the rava is soaked well.
transfer the soaked rava into mixer jar and grind to a smooth batter.
transfer the batter to the large bowl and beat for 1 minute.
add 1 tsp eno fruit salt and mix gently.
once the batter turns frothy, pour the batter over the hot tawa.
cook until the top of the dosa is cooked completely.
pour half tsp oil and roast the dosa well.
finally, enjoy bansi dosa or wheat set dosa with spicy tomato chutney.
