firstly, in a cooker heat 2 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp butter.
add 2 clove garlic, 1 onion and saute until the onion shrinks.
add 2 tomato and saute until the tomato softens and turns mushy.
further add ½ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp garam masala, 2 tbsp tomato sauce, 2 tbsp schezwan sauce and 1 tsp salt.
saute on low flame until the spices turn aromatic.
also, add 1 carrot, 2 tbsp sweet corn, ½ red capsicum and ½ green capsicum.
stir fry for 1 minute or until the vegetables turn crunchy.
now add 2 cup macaroni pasta and 1½ cup water.
mix well making sure everything is well combined.
pressure cook for 1 whistle on medium flame.
after the pressure is released, you can see the pasta has cooked well.
now add 2 slice of cheese, ½ tsp mixed herbs and ½ tsp chilli flakes.
cover and rest for 2 minutes, so the cheese melts.
