Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tomato, finely chopped
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • ½ tsp garam masala
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp schezwan sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 carrot, chopped
  • 2 tbsp sweet corn
  • ½ red capsicum, chopped
  • ½ green capsicum, chopped
  • 2 cup macaroni pasta
  • cup water
  • 2 slice cheese
  • ½ tsp mixed herbs
  • ½ tsp chilli flakes

Instructions
 

  • firstly, in a cooker heat 2 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp butter.
  • add 2 clove garlic, 1 onion and saute until the onion shrinks.
  • add 2 tomato and saute until the tomato softens and turns mushy.
  • further add ½ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp garam masala, 2 tbsp tomato sauce, 2 tbsp schezwan sauce and 1 tsp salt.
  • saute on low flame until the spices turn aromatic.
  • also, add 1 carrot, 2 tbsp sweet corn, ½ red capsicum and ½ green capsicum.
  • stir fry for 1 minute or until the vegetables turn crunchy.
  • now add 2 cup macaroni pasta and 1½ cup water.
  • mix well making sure everything is well combined.
  • pressure cook for 1 whistle on medium flame.
  • after the pressure is released, you can see the pasta has cooked well.
  • now add 2 slice of cheese, ½ tsp mixed herbs and ½ tsp chilli flakes.
  • cover and rest for 2 minutes, so the cheese melts.
  • mix gently making sure everything is well combined.
  • finally, enjoy Cooker Pasta Recipe when it is still hot.
