- ¼ cup paneer cubed
- 2 tbsp onion chopped
- 2 tbsp tomato chopped
- 2 tbsp sweet corn
- 2 tbsp capsicum chopped
- 2 tbsp pizza sauce
- 2 tbsp eggless mayonnaise
- ½ cup cheese grated
- ½ tsp mixed herbs
- ½ tsp chilli flakes

- butter for spreading
Firstly, in a small bowl take ¼ cup paneer, 2 tbsp onion, 2 tbsp tomato, 2 tbsp sweet corn and 2 tbsp capsicum.
Also add 2 tbsp pizza sauce, and 2 tbsp eggless mayonnaise and mix well.
Add in ½ cup cheese, ½ tsp mixed herbs and ½ tsp chilli flakes. Mix well making sure all the spices are well combined.
Take the bread slice, and spread butter on it.
Stuff in prepared pizza stuffing and top with a generous amount of cheese.
Cover the bread slice and spread butter on top.
Grill the bread on the pan until the sandwich turns golden and crisp from both sides.
Finally, cut in half and enjoy Pizza Sandwich.
