- Firstly, in a small bowl take ¼ cup paneer, 2 tbsp onion, 2 tbsp tomato, 2 tbsp sweet corn and 2 tbsp capsicum. 
- Also add 2 tbsp pizza sauce, and 2 tbsp eggless mayonnaise and mix well. 
- Add in ½ cup cheese, ½ tsp mixed herbs and ½ tsp chilli flakes. Mix well making sure all the spices are well combined. 
- Take the bread slice, and spread butter on it. 
- Stuff in prepared pizza stuffing and top with a generous amount of cheese. 
- Cover the bread slice and spread butter on top. 
- Grill the bread on the pan until the sandwich turns golden and crisp from both sides. 
- Finally, cut in half and enjoy Pizza Sandwich.
