firstly, in a large kadai heat 2 tbsp oil and saute 2 chilli and 3 clove garlic.
now add 2 tbsp spring onion, ½ onion and saute well.
further add 1 carrot, ½ cup cabbage, ½ capsicum and 5 beans.
stir fry for 3 minutes or until vegetables shrinks slightly.
now add 2 tbsp veeba chilli garlic sauce and ½ tsp salt.
stir fry until sauce combines well.
add 4 cup cooked rice and mix gently until sauce is coated well.
also, add 2 tbsp spring onion and mix well.
finally, enjoy chilli garlic fried rice with gobi manchurian gravy.
