Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 chilli slit
  • 3 clove garlic finely chopped
  • 4 tbsp spring onion chopped
  • ½ onion sliced
  • 1 carrot julienne
  • ½ cup cabbage shredded
  • ½ capsicum sliced
  • 5 beans chopped
  • 2 tbsp chilli garlic sauce
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 4 cup cooked rice

Instructions

  • firstly, in a large kadai heat 2 tbsp oil and saute 2 chilli and 3 clove garlic.
  • now add 2 tbsp spring onion, ½ onion and saute well.
  • further add 1 carrot, ½ cup cabbage, ½ capsicum and 5 beans.
  • stir fry for 3 minutes or until vegetables shrinks slightly.
  • now add 2 tbsp veeba chilli garlic sauce and ½ tsp salt.
  • stir fry until sauce combines well.
  • add 4 cup cooked rice and mix gently until sauce is coated well.
  • also, add 2 tbsp spring onion and mix well.
  • finally, enjoy chilli garlic fried rice with gobi manchurian gravy.
