Firstly, peel the skin of 3 potato and cube them
Rinse the potato in the water to remove the starch
Pat dry and fry in hot oil.
Stir occasionally, and fry till the potato turns golden brown and crispy.
Drain off and sprinkle ½ tsp salt. Mix well.
Now add 2 tbsp green chutney and 2 tbsp tamarind chutney.
Also add 2 tbsp onion, 2 tbsp capsicum and 2 tbsp tomato.
Add the following ingredients: ½ tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp chaat masala, ¼ tsp kala namak, and 2 tbsp coriander.
Mix well, making sure the chutney is well combined.
Now serve the chaat in a plate, garnishing with some sev and onion.
