In a bowl take besan, turmeric, cumin powder, chaat masala, chilli flakes, hing and salt.
Add water gradually and prepare a smooth, flowing batter without lumps.
Whisk the batter well for a smooth consistency.
Add onion, carrot, tomato, beans, capsicum, green chilli and coriander.
Mix well until everything combines evenly.
Dip the bread slice into the batter and coat well on both sides.
Top extra vegetables over the bread for better texture and flavour.
Heat a tawa and spread a little butter.
Place the coated bread on a hot tawa and roast on a medium flame.
Apply a little butter on top and flip gently.
