Firstly, to prepare coconut water jelly, in a saucepan take 1 cup water, 15 grams agar agar and ¼ cup sugar.
Stir and dissolve until the agar agar melts completely.
Boil for 1 minute and cool slightly.
Add in 2 cup coconut water and mix well. I do not prefer to boil coconut water as the flavours and freshness will be lost.
Transfer to the box and allow to set for 2 hours.
After 2 hours the jelly would have set. Cut into pieces. Keep aside.
To prepare the coconut milk jelly, in a saucepan take 1 cup water, 15 grams agar agar and 2 tbsp sugar.
Stir and dissolve until the agar agar melts completely.
Boil for 1 minute and cool slightly.
Add in 2 cup coconut milk and mix well.
Now take a cake tray, add in prepared coconut water jelly and spread uniformly.
Pour in the prepared coconut milk jelly mixture.
Level up and allow to set for 2 hours.
After 2 hours the jelly would have set. Cut into pieces.
