firstly, in a pressure cooker heat 2 tbsp oil and saute 1 tsp cumin until it turns aromatic.
add 6 cloves of garlic and roast for a minute.
further, add 3 onion and saute until the onions turn golden brown.
keeping the flame on low add ½ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp garam masala, and 1 tsp salt.
saute until the spices turn aromatic.
now add 3 tomato and saute for 2 minutes.
add 1 cup water and mix well.
cover and pressure cook for 4 whistles or until the tomato turns soft and mushy.
mash the onion and tomato until it turns gravy texture.
in a pan heat 1 tbsp butter, add 12 cubes paneer, ½ capsicum, and fry well.
add the fried paneer and capsicum to the gravy base.
also add 1 inch ginger, 1 tsp kasuri methi, and 2 tbsp coriander. mix well.
