In a mixer jar take 2 tomato, 2 tbsp cashew and grind them to a smooth paste. Keep asdie.
In a large kadai, heat 2 tbsp ghee. Fry ½ cup cashews till they turn golden brown. Keep aside.
Also, fry 20 cubes of paneer till they turn golden brown. Keep aside.
Add in 2 tbsp oil. Add 1 tsp cumin, 1 inch cinnamon, 5 cloves, 4 pepper, and saute till the spices turn aromatic.
Add in 2 onion, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute till the onions turn golden brown.
Keeping the flame on low add ½ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tbsp chilli powder.
Saute on low flame till the spices turn aromatic.
Add in prepared tomato puree and cook well.
Add 2 tbsp curd and 1 tsp salt and cook until the mixture releases oil.
Add in hot water and mix well adjusting the consistency as required. Cook well.
Further, add 2 tbsp cream, fried cashew and paneer. Mix and cook till the flavors are well absorbed.
Now add 2 tbsp kasuri methi, 2 tbsp coriander, 2 chilli, and ½ tsp garam masala. Mix well.
