firstly, in a large bowl take 2 cup wheat flour and ½ tsp salt.
knead the dough adding water as required.
knead to a smooth and soft dough.
cover and rest for 20 minutes.
knead the dough again slightly, and pinch a ball sized dough.
dust the dough with flour and roll to thin thickness.
place 2 tbsp of prepared onion stuffing.
and fold to a square shape. seal the sides making sure it is well intact.
now place the folded tikki into the steamer and steam for 15 minutes.
steam until the tikki is cooked well and is non-sticky.
