Firstly, in a large bowl take 1 cup besan, 2 tbsp rice flour, ¼ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp chilli powder, ¼ tsp ajwain, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, ½ tsp salt, pinch hing and 2 tbsp coriander.
Add water and whisk smooth.
Prepare a smooth lump free thick batter.
Now add ½ tsp baking powder and mix well.
Take small pieces of paneer slices and dip them in batter.
Deep fry in hot oil keeping the flame on medium.
Stir occasionally, until the pakoda turns golden brown and crispy.
