firstly, in a large kadai heat 2 tbsp oil and saute 1 chilli, 2 clove garlic, 1 inch ginger.
add 1 onion and saute slightly.
now add 1 carrot, 1 cup cabbage, 1 capsicum and 2 tbsp sweet corn.
saute well until the vegetables shrink slightly.
further add ½ tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp garam masala, ¼ tsp pepper powder and ½ tsp salt. saute for a minute or until the spices turn aromatic.
now add 2 potato, 1 cup paneer and mix well. mix until everything is well combined.
additionally, add 2 tbsp coriander and 1 tsp lemon juice.
mix well, aloo paneer mixture is ready.
to prepare veg sausage roll, grease hands with oil and pinch a large ball sized mixture.
shape into a long cylindrical shape.
now grill it in a pan cooking all the sides. keep aside.
