firstly, in a large kadai heat 2 tsp butter and saute 1 bay leaf.
now add 1 onion, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute until it turns golden brown.
further, add spice powder and ½ tsp salt.
saute on low flame until it turns aromatic.
now add 1 cup tomato puree and ½ cup cashew paste and continue to saute.
add in the leftover marinated mixture and mix well.
further, add 1 cup water and mix well adjusting consistency as required.
now add in prepared paneer tikka and mix well.
cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until the flavours are absorbed.
add in 2 tbsp coriander and 1 tsp kasuri methi.
