firstly, in a pressure cooker take 1 tsp oil and saute ½ cup moong dal.
saute until the moong dal turns aromatic.
add 1½ cup water and pressure cook for 3 whistles.
transfer the moong dal paste to a large mixing bowl.
add 1½ cup rice flour, 2 tbsp butter, 2 tsp sesame, pinch hing and 1 tsp salt.
crumble and mix until the spices are combined well.
further, add ¼ cup water and knead the dough.
knead to smooth and soft dough.
fry chaklis on medium flame.
flip the chaklis and fry till they turn golden brown and crispy from both sides.
drain them to the paper towel to remove excess oil.
finally, serve moong dal chakli with masala tea or masala milk.
