Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • ¼ cup paneer chopped
  • 5 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 inch ginger chopped
  • ½ tsp chilli flakes
  • 2 tbsp spring onion chopped
  • ½ onion finely chopped
  • ½ capsicum chopped
  • 2 tbsp cabbage chopped
  • ½ carrot chopped
  • 3 beans chopped
  • 2 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp chilli powder
  • ½ tsp cumin powder
  • ½ tsp garam masala
  • ½ tsp pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp vinegar
  • 4 cup cooked rice

Instructions

  • Firstly, heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok and fry ¼ cups paneer until golden brown. Keep aside.
  • Add 5 cloves of garlic, 1 inch of ginger, ½ tsp chilli flakes, 2 tbsp spring onion and stir fry.
  • Also add ½ onions, ½ capsicums, 2 tbsp cabbage, ½ carrots, 3 beans, and 1 tsp salt.
  • Keeping the flame on low, add ½ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp garam masala and ½ tsp pepper powder.
  • Saute on a low flame till the spices turn aromatic.
  • Further add 2 tbsp tomato sauce, 2 tsp soy sauce, 2 tsp vinegar. Stir-fry on high flame.
  • Now add 4 cups cooked rice, 1 tsp salt and mix well.
