Firstly, heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok and fry ¼ cups paneer until golden brown. Keep aside.
Add 5 cloves of garlic, 1 inch of ginger, ½ tsp chilli flakes, 2 tbsp spring onion and stir fry.
Also add ½ onions, ½ capsicums, 2 tbsp cabbage, ½ carrots, 3 beans, and 1 tsp salt.
Keeping the flame on low, add ½ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp garam masala and ½ tsp pepper powder.
Saute on a low flame till the spices turn aromatic.
Further add 2 tbsp tomato sauce, 2 tsp soy sauce, 2 tsp vinegar. Stir-fry on high flame.
Now add 4 cups cooked rice, 1 tsp salt and mix well.
