Firstly, in a kadai heat 2 tbsp oil, add 5 cloves garlic, 2 tbsp spring onion and 3 chilli.
Stir fry on high flame until the garlic shrinks.
Add 1 onion and stir fry till the onion shrinks.
Further add 3 tbsp peas, 3 tbsp sweet corn, 1 carrot, 5 beans, ½ capsicum and ½ tsp salt.
Stir fry till the vegetables turn crunchy.
Also, add 1 cup boiled soya and continue to fry for 2 minutes.
Add in 3 cup cooked rice, ½ tsp pepper powder, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp chilli sauce, 2 tbsp vinegar and 1 tsp salt.
Stir fry until the sauce is well coated with the rice.
Add in 2 tbsp spring onion and mix well.
