Firstly, in a pan take 1 tsp ghee and roast 1 cup rava till it turns aromatic.
Add ½ tsp salt and 1 cup hot water.
Mix well making sure everything is well combined.
Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until the rava is cooked well.
Transfer the mixture to the large plate, add 2 tbsp curd and mix well.
Knead to a smooth and soft dough.
Now pinch a ball sized dough and shape it like a button.
Place the pasta into the steamer and steam for 10 minutes. Keep aside.
In a pan heat 2 tbsp oil and saute 5 clove garlic.
Add ½ onion, ½ tomato and 2 tbsp capsicum.
Stir fry until the vegetables soften slightly.
Now add 2 tbsp tomato sauce, ½ tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp salt and ½ tsp mixed herbs.
Mix well making sure the sauce is cooked well.
Add in steamed pasta and mix well.
Finally, top with 2 tbsp coriander and enjoy a healthy Suji Pasta Recipe.
