Firstly, in a bowl take ¼ cup curd, ¼ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp chilli powder, ¼ tsp garam masala, ¼ tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp kasuri methi, ½ tsp sal,t and 2 tsp oil.
Mix well making sure everything is well combined.
Add 16 cubes of paneer and mix coating the marination well. Marinate for 30 minutes.
In a pan heat 2 tbsp oil and splutter ½ tsp cumin.
Also add 1 onion, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute till the onions turn golden brown.
Keeping the flame on low add ½ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp coriander powder. Saute on low flame till the spices turn aromatic.
Now add 2 tomato and cook well till the oil separates.
Further add 1 capsicum and stir fry till the capsicum turns crunchy.
Also, add in marinated paneer and cook well.
Add in ½ cup water, ½ tsp salt, and mix adjusting the consistency as required.
Cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until the curry is well cooked.
Now add 2 tbsp kasuri methi, ½ tsp garam masala, and 2 tbsp coriander. Mix gently.
