Firstly, in a large kadai heat 2 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp butter and splutter 1 tsp cumin.
Add ½ onion, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute until onion softens.
Now add ½ capsicum, 3 tbsp peas, 1 carrot, 2 tomato and stir fry until the vegetables turn crunchy.
Keeping the flame on low, add ¼ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp chilli powder, 3 tsp pav bhaji masala and 1 tsp salt.
Saute until the spices turn aromatic.
Also, add 2 tbsp water and cook until all the masala are cooked well.
Add in 1 potato, 2 tbsp coriander and mix until the masala is coated well.
Further, add 5 cup cooked rice and mix gently.
Now add 2 chilli, 2 tbsp coriander and ½ lemon. Mix well making sure everything is well combined.
