- Firstly, in a pan, heat 2 tbsp oil and saute 1 tsp cumin. 
- Add 5 cloves garlic, 2 chilli, 1 onion, ½ tsp ginger paste and saute well. 
- Also add ½ carrot, 5 beans, 2 tbsp sweet corn, 4 florets of cauliflower, ½ capsicum. 
- Sauté till the vegetables are cooked well. 
- Transfer to the large plate and allow to cool completely. 
- Now add 3 boiled and mashed potatoes. 
- Also add ½ tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp garam masala, ¼ tsp kala namak, 1 tsp salt, ½ cup paneer and 2 tbsp coriander. 
- Mix well, making sure everything is well combined. 
- To absorb excess moisture, add 2 tbsp corn flour and mix well. 
- Now prepare tikki and keep aside. 
- To prepare the slurry, in a bowl, take ½ cup maida, ½ cup corn flour, ½ tsp salt and ½ cup water. 
- Mix well, making sure there are no lumps. 
- Dip the kebab into the slurry and coat with breadcrumbs. 
- Shallow fry in hot oil, keeping the flame on medium. 
- Fry both sides till they turn golden and crispy. 
- Drain off to remove excess oil.
