capsicum chutney recipe | capsicum tomato chutney recipe with step by step photo and video recipe. capsicum chutney is an very good alternative if you are looking for different chutney recipes for the daily breakfast and also for rice and rotis. the sweet and spicy taste of capsicums gives a rich and beautiful texture to this chutney. moreover, the mustard seeds and red chillies seasoning gives a crunchy effect to this amazing chutney.
this recipe of capsicum, onion and tomato chutney is shared by one of our follower. however i have changed it slightly to my husband’s taste. my husband really loved this recipe and i was more than happy to eat rotis with this chutney. he even enjoyed it with hot steamed rice too. i usually do not prefer to have rotis or chapathi’s with chutney. but this chutney recipe was different and i enjoyed my meal with this chutney recipe.
the other reason i tried this recipe is because of the health benefits of capsicum. bell pepper or capsicum are rich in vitamin a and vitamin c. the green pepper has the higher nutritional value compared to other red and yellow bell pepper. also the capsicum is good for eyes, burns more calories, supports immune system and cures the iron deficiency.
try this recipe with dosa recipes or idli recipes. i have already shared several chutney collections in my blog, like dry garlic chutney, green chutney, coconut chutney, channa dal chutney, ridge gourd chutney, tomato onion chutney, sweet potato chutney, peanut chutney, and red chutney etc.
