i have but i guess i would not able to find it here in Australia
I tried your recipe. It was all mess. The idli was so sticky like a rice flour dough. please help me to find out what went wrong. I am feeling bad that I wasted the ingredients. please help.
did you use idli rava or normal rava. also did you sandwich bread/white bread for this recipe
Hi, I tried this at home and it came out really well. However, does the type of bread used in this matter?? Because I used multi grain bread, the first set came out well Because I kept it only for 5-7 mins.. The second set did not come out so well because water started accumulating in the lower plates and the idli was all wet. Plus this comes out a little powdery. Any way in which the idli can stay a little stronger??
thank you very much Priya for such kind and motivating words. yes I used normal sandwich bread and multi grain bread is not recommended for this
I tried this at home yesterday! it came out so well… also could you please tell which chutney suits this the best?
Thanks a lot Srivalli. I would recommend you coconut chutney, pudina chutney or tomato chutney recipe for this
