The Bread 65 recipe is one such easy and simple from street food cuisine, inspired by the gobi to paneer 65 recipes. I was having leftover sandwich bread slices in my kitchen and I was not sure how to finish them off. As a matter of fact, there was almost half a packet unused, and preparing sandwiches or toast would not finish it. My husband was actually craving some street food or Indo-Chinese Recipes. So he gave me the idea of preparing bread pakoda or some deep-fried snack using bread slices. But I wanted to design something new and spicy but also very deeply rooted in our cuisine. Suddenly, the idea of preparing the Bread 65 recipe came into my mind. I was really happy with the outcome and texture of this Bread snack and was so my husband. I hope even your family would appreciate it too.
This recipe of Bread 65 recipe is super simple and easy to prepare, yet some handy tips and considerations for it. Firstly, use sandwiches or white bread slices for this recipe. It is easy to handle and also gets a good shape and texture when deep fried. Secondly, I have not overcrowded the recipe with too many vegetables and kept it simple with garlic, chili, and ginger. However, you can always add onion, spring onion, capsicum, carrots, and beans. Lastly, I have not topped the recipe with curd or yogurt sauce on top of the fried bread cubes. While adding this sauce is mandatory in traditional 65 recipes, it may make the bread soggy, and hence better to skip it.

About Bread 65:
It is an easy and simple variation to the popular Indian street food snack Gobi 65 or Chicken 65 with bread as a key ingredient. In other words, bread 65 can be an easy and quick alternative to the traditional 65 recipe as bread does not require additional cooking. It is typically prepared with the same steps and ingredients. However, it does not have the same yogurt topping as it may turn bread soggy.
The recipe is mainly prepared with leftover white bread slices, however, any other types of bread variants can be used. The street style bread 65 uses white sandwich bread slices as it holds the shape and texture. The bread cubes are dipped in s rice and corn flour batter which helps to make it crispy. Yet due to the softness of the bread, white bread slices are optimal for this recipe.
