POTATO - 3 BOILED
firstly, in a large bowl take 3 potato, ½ onion, 1 chilli and ½ tsp ginger paste
also add ½ tsp aamchur, ½ tsp chaat masala, ½ tsp pepper powder, ¼ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp garam masala, ½ tsp cumin powder and ¼ tsp chilli powder.
CORIANDER - 2 TBSP
further add 2 tbsp mint, 2 tbsp coriander and ¾ tsp salt.
mix well making sure all the spices are well combined.
now add ¼ cup bread crumbs and mix well.
make sure a soft dough is formed. add more bread crumbs or cornflour if the mixture is loose.
CORN FLOUR - 2 TBSP
now prepare the slurry by taking 2 tbsp cornflour, 2 tbsp maida, ¼ tsp pepper powder and ½ tsp salt.
add ½ cup water and prepare a smooth lump-free batter.
further pinch a small ball sized aloo kabab mixture and give a diamond shape or shape of your ch
DIP IN SLURRY
dip in slurry coating uniformly.
now roll in panko bread crumbs to have a crispy outer coating.
shallow fry in hot oil keeping the flame on medium
flip over and fry on both sides until it turns golden brown.
drain off over kitchen paper to remove excess oil.
