CHILLI - 1 CHOPPED
firstly, in a tawa heat 1 tsp butter and saute 1 chilli.
ONION - HALF
add ½ onion, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute well.
CAPSICUM - HALF
also, add ½ capsicum and saute slightly.
TOMATO - 1 CHOPPED
now add 1 tomato and saute until tomatoes turn soft and mushy
add ¼ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp chilli powder, pinch black pepper powder, ½ tsp chilli flakes and ½ tsp salt
saute on low flame until the spices turn aromatic
further, add 2 tbsp tomato sauce and saute until everything is well combined
PANEER - 1 CUP
add 1 cup paneer and mix well.
CORIANDER - 2 TBSP
now add 2 tbsp coriander and mix well. paneer mixture is ready
take the bread and spread butter on both sides
toast the bread on tawa until it turns golden brown
now spread 1 tsp green chutney on one side of bread
spread 2 tbsp of prepared paneer mixture uniformly
READY TO EAT
finally, cut the toast into half, and chilli paneer toast is ready to serve with tomato sauce.
