instant bhature recipe | bhatura recipe with soda water | bhature recipe water with detailed photo and video recipe. basically a combination of chickpea curry with the deep fried bread or puffy puri’s which is mainly prepared from maida flour or all purpose flour. chole bhature recipe is a famous breakfast or lunch recipe from the traditional punjab cuisine or north indian cuisine.
i have already shared the traditional bhatura recipe prepared with baking soda & curd which basically helps to fluffy and airy. however, this instant bhature recipe is much easier version or cheat version which prepared with soda water or carbonated water which typically has small amount of sodium bicarbonate in it. further adding some salt to it will yield better result as compared to using simple soda water. soda water option is ideal for those who do not have access to, or allergic to yeast, baking soda.
while there aren’t any complicated steps in this recipe, yet i would like to share some tips and recommendations. firstly, i have used maida to prepare bhatura, however you can replace with wheat flour for healthy alternative. secondly, knead the dough with room temperature soda water and rest for atleast 30 minutes. lastly, deep fry bhature in very hot oil, else bhura wont puff up.
finally i would like to highlight my other breakfast recipes collection with this post of instant bhature recipe. it mainly includes, poori recipe, aloo ki poori, milk poori, aloo kulcha, punjabi samosa, bread dhokla, instant neer dosa, besan chilla, instant bread uttappa and instant rava dhokla recipe. in addition do visit my other recipes collection like,
