while i always preferred to use mtr spice powder for vangi bath. but this time i wanted to try from scratch. but, i wasn’t clear about the vangibhath masala powder recipe. therefore, i got in touch with my mother. she always recommends me to use home made masala. she gave me a detailed recipe with proper measurements for each spices. i was more than happy to include in my website without any hesitation.
furthermore, vangi bhath masala can be used to prepare stir fry or palyas. they add more flavours for our routine palya recipes. the masala has a rich aroma and little more spicy than puliyogare masala. vangi bhath masala can also be used to prepare masala bhath. i sometimes prepare vangi bhath with rava rather than rice for slight evening snack. moreover, i always prefer to freshly prepare masala. however, you can also prepare in large quantity and store in airtight container.

yeah you can..
Thanks a lot for all your wonderful recipes! Definitely like the videos and photos you post with them. Quick question — how is the vangi baath powder different from the bisi bele bath one? They seem to have the same ingredients more or less.
