Ingredients
- fistful of coriander leaves
- 2 green chilli
- 2 tbsp curd / yogurt, fresh
- ¼ cup coconut milk
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp ghee / clarified butter
- ¾ tsp mustard seeds
- ½ tsp jeera / cumin seeds
- few curry leaves
- pinch of hing
Instructions
- firstly, take coriander leaves and green chilli.
- furthermore, blend to smooth paste adding required water.
- also add thick curd.
- additionally, add some coconut milk and give a good mix.
- furthermore, add salt to taste and mix well.
- prepare the tempering. in a small kadai, take ghee, mustard seeds, jeera, curry leaves and hing. allow to splutter.
- finally, pour the tempering over the tambli and serve with hot steamed rice.
