in a large wok, heat 2 tbsp oil. add 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp kasuri methi, 3 clove garlic, 1 inch ginger and 1 chili

SAUTE - LOW FLAME

saute until the spices turn aromatic

ONION - HALF CHOPPED

now add ½ onion and saute until onions turn golden brown

CHILLIPOWDER -1 TSP

keeping the flame on low, add ½ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp chilli powder, 1 tsp coriander powder and ½ tsp salt

TURNS AROMATIC

saute on low flame until the spices turn aromatic

TOMATO -2 CHOPPED

furthermore, add 2 tomato and saute until tomatoes turn mushy

TOMATO SAUCE

now add 2 tbsp tomato sauce and mix well forming saucy consistency

SAUTED VEGETABLES

add in sauteed vegetables. along with ½ tsp garam masala and ¼ tsp pepper powder

WELL COMBINED

mix well keeping the flame on high.

finally, add 2 tbsp coriander and enjoy veg jalfrezi with roti
