Mushroom Pulao Recipe | Mushroom Rice Recipe | Mushroom Pulav Recipe with step-by-step photo recipe. Rice pulao recipes are easy and tasty rice recipes for lunch, dinner, and even for lunchboxes. There are some generic with the addition of multiple vegetables, but then there are purpose-based pulao recipes. However, Mushroom Pulao is a generic all-purpose rice recipe that can be used for any occasion and any meal.
One of the common and frequently prepared recipes in many South Indian households is pulav recipe. However, the generic and vegetable-based pulao can be monotonous and you may need variations with certain flavors. Therefore, I am presenting you with one such pulao variation prepared with thinly sliced mushrooms. Mushroom pulao can also be prepared for surprise guests or even for potluck parties. But the magic of this pulao is the pulao masala paste. It is prepared with a combination of coriander leaves, mint leaves, and pulao spices. The texture and aroma of the pulao is very similar to the Donne Biriyani, but with mushroom blending, it makes it very special. Do try this pulao variant and I am certain you would love it.
Furthermore, some additional tips, suggestions, and variations to the Mushroom Pulao recipe. Firstly, use fresh and tender mushrooms without black marks in it. Also, do not dice them, but thinly slice them so that they can be easily mixed with the cooked rice. Secondly, I have prepared the pulao pressure cooked making it easy and instant pulao. However, you need to be sure of the rice and water ratio, which depends upon the rice you choose. Lastly, in addition to the mushrooms, you may also add other vegetables to make it mixed vegetable mushroom pulav. However, avoid overcrowding with other veggies and try to keep mushrooms still a hero ingredient.

Adding curd will add perfect flavour.
I tried this recepie it was very spicy!! Chilly powder can be reduced to half tbsp. Taste was superb!! Served with onion raitha!!
perhaps it could be because of your red chillies. it might be spicy. i have used kashmiri red chillies which is mild. perhaps reduce the red chillies accordingly
