the churumuri recipe hardly takes 5 minutes to be prepared, yet some tips and suggestions while preparing this recipe. firstly, in this recipe, i have started it by dry roasting the puffed rice to make it extra crisp. if you feel the murmura is crisp and fresh, you can totally skip this process. secondly, the recipe has to be served immediately once it is prepared. otherwise adding the chopped vegetables may turn it soggy and lose all its crispiness. lastly, using coconut oil is completely optional and you can use any other cooking or vegetable oil. as an alternative, you can use olive oil.
