ice cream recipes has always been my favourite and it will continue. especially during college days, i use to prepare milk candy by simply deep freezing milk with some sugar. anything chilled with some sugary taste was always my favourite. however, i did not anticipate making vanilla ice cream recipe would be so easy with only 3 ingredients. this recipe was shared my by close friend ramya who works professionally as cook in a reputed hotel. i was so happily surprised when i personally tried it and felt so content with the result.
furthermore, some basic tips for a perfect vanilla ice cream recipe. firstly, if you are comfortable with egg, than add 2 egg yolks while folding the cream. this would make the ice cream more creamier. but i have skipped it, because i do not eat egg. secondly, use air tight container for deep freezing. otherwise, water crystals would form, which would make ice cream solid and less creamy. lastly, you can change the add mix-ins like strawberry, choco chips or even chocolate or coffee powder to have flavour of ice creams.

Ingredients
- 2 cups thickened cream, 35% milk fat
- 1 cup condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
other ingredients:
- waffle cones, to serve
- few choco chips, to garnish
Instructions
- firstly, prepare the whipped cream by using hand blender / whisk or mixer.
- pour 2 cups of thickened cream or 35% milk fat into a blender.
- further, blend for 40-50 seconds till the cream turns light and fluffy. do not over blend, as they turn to butter.
- transfer the prepared whipped cream to a large mixing bowl.
- furthermore, pour 1 cup of condensed milk. make sure the condensed milk is cold or refrigerate for atleast 30 minutes.
- also add 1 tsp of vanilla extract or any flavours of your choice. to prepare chocolate ice cream, use coco powder.
- now fold gently without breaking the air incorporated into whipped cream.
- further, transfer the mixture into a airtight container.
- make sure to cover the box and freeze for atleast 5 hours or till they set completely.
- now take a scooper and scoop up the vanilla ice cream onto a waffle cones. make sure to wet your scooper in hot water before scooping. this helps to scoop ice cream easily.
- finally, garnish with few coco chips or choco syrup before serving.
how to make homemade vanilla ice cream with step by step photo recipe:
