red chutney recipe

i do serve this chutney with regular dosa or with idli  and medu vada. i hope you have checked my chana dal chutney which is served with rice as well as side dish. use this red chutney to spread over mysore masala dosa along with aloo bhaji.

adjust the spiciness by altering the quantity of red chilies used. for a bright red colour use kashmiri red chilies / byadigi chillis. the chutney has deep flavours of garlic, ginger and onion.

Nice chutney. I almost prepare same, but should now try and add some groundnuts too. Would love chata pata and easy chutneys for all purpose/varied foods like idli, dosa, etc or rice.
