i have posted so many paneer recipes till now, particularly the paneer curries but this has to be one of the most unique and interesting curries. it is basically due to the combination of paneer crumbles and spicy green chillies. previously i had posted the bell pepper and paneer curry, but it wasn’t with the same taste combination. the creaminess and richness of paneer when mixed with spicy chillies yield tasty curries. as a matter of fact, the same stuffing can also be used in other vegetables like okra, and eggplant, but trust me you would not get the same taste. the closest would be the okra, but you may need to add finely chopped chillies or chilli powder to the stuffing. do try this Stuffed Paneer Mirch Sabji and let me know what do you think about this curry?

Stuffed Mirch Sabji Recipe - Paneer Stuffing furthermore, some more additional variations, tips and suggestions for the Stuffed Paneer Mirch Sabji Recipe. firstly, the choice of chillies is very critical for this recipe. i have used medium spiced green chillies which are thick and have a lot of room to stuff the paneer crumbles. do not use the thin green chillies and can be extremely spicy to consume. secondly, i have used homemade paneer, which is not just fresh but also soft and easily crumbles. this internally helps to stuff inside the chillies easily and not oozing ut while it is cooked. lastly, while preparing the curry gravy base, i have ground the tomatoes and onions to smooth paste. if you need rough paste, you can add finely chopped onions before the chillies are added to the gravy base.
