Ingredients
- 2 to matoes, ripped
- 2 green chilli
- ½ cup curd, fresh
- 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves
for seasoning
- 2 tsp oil
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- salt for taste
Instructions
- firstly, microwave tomatoes and green chilli for about 2 mins. or till tomatoes turn soft.
- after the tomatoes are cooked well blend smooth adding salt for taste.
- furthermore, transfer the contents to a bowl and add curd to it.
- mix well the curd and add the chopped coriander leaves.
- finally, after the seasoning is ready add it to the bowl and serve with hot rice.

- firstly, microwave tomatoes and green chilli for about 2 mins. or till tomatoes turn soft.
- after the tomatoes are cooked well blend smooth adding salt for taste.

notes:
- firstly, i have taken cumin seeds and mustard seeds for seasoning.
- moreover, instead of microwave, you can also blanch tomatoes.
- furthermore, if you need a very spicy tambuli, then you may use pepper as well.
- finally, you may also include curry leaves and red chilli for the reasoning.
In the 1st step, should we not add any oil or water before microwaving tomatoes?
