POWDERED SUGAR

firstly, in a large bowl take 75 gram butter and ½ cup powdered sugar.

BEAT - LOW SPEED

beat well until the butter turns smooth and creamy.

MAIDA - 1 CUP

place a sieve and add 1 cup maida, ¼ cup custard powder, pinch salt, ¼ tsp baking powder and pinch baking soda.

MIX WELL

mix well making sure everything is well combined

TUTTI FRUTTI - 3 TBSP

further, add 3 tbsp red tutti frutti, 3 tbsp green tutti frutti and 2 tbsp cashew.

PINEAPPLE EXTRACT

also, add 1 tsp pineapple extract and mix well.

MILK - 2 TBSP

add 3 tbsp milk and start to prepare the dough.

BRING TOGETHER

do not knead the dough, just combine together

ROLL CYLINDRICAL

shape the dough into cylindrical log and shape ends. wrap in clip wrap and refrigerate for 60 minutes.

SLICE THICK

cut into thick slices and place on the baking tray.

PRE HEAT & BAKE

preheat the oven and bake at 170 degree celsius for 15 minutes.
