Furthermore, I would like to share some tips and suggestions for preparing an eggless chocolate mousse recipe. Firstly, whipping heavy cream is a crucial step in this recipe. Preferably, use a hand blender to whip the cream. If you don’t have a hand blender, use a regular blender or juicer to whip the cream. Do not blend the cream for more than 40-50 seconds, otherwise it will turn into butter. Secondly, use plain chocolate without any dry fruits in it. Lastly, I recommend icing the chocolate mousse with the whipped cream. Use a regular plastic bag to fill the cream and decorate it as required.

Ingredients
For chocolate cream:
- 1 cup cream
- 300 grams dark chocolate chips
For whipped cream:
- 2 cup thickened cream
- 1 cup icing sugar
- ½ cup condensed milk
Instructions
- Firstly, in a saucepan, heat 1 cup of cream till it turns warm. Make sure not to boil the cream, as there is a chance the cream will curdle.
- Pour the warm cream over 300 grams of dark chocolate chips.
- Rest for 5 minutes, allowing the chocolate to melt.
- Mix well, ensuring the cream is thoroughly combined. Keep aside.
- In another bowl, take 2 cup thickened cream and beat on low speed.
- Also, add 1 cup icing sugar and continue to beat on low speed.
- Beat till the cream turns soft peaks.
- Now add in the melted chocolate cream mixture and mix gently.
- Check for sweetness, and add ½ cup condensed milk.
- Mix well, ensuring everything is thoroughly combined.
- Using a piping bag, transfer the mixture to the glass.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours, or until the mousse has thickened.
